Share/Certificate Secured Loans

A secured loan allows you to use money in your Share Savings account or Term Share Certificate as security. This way you don't need to tie up property or equity, and you can still earn dividends on your savings while getting a lower loan rate. Variable rate dependent upon share dividend rate.

• Terms up to 144 months (12 years).
• A hold will be placed on the Share Savings account or the Term Share Certificate being used as collateral on the loan.
